Unprinted Kraft Mailer Boxes

Kraft Mailer Boxes Customized With 1 Ink Color
Option C: Kraft Box Printed With 1 Ink Color –
The Welcomer™
You can choose to print your text or graphics in one ink color on the kraft box.
Alternatively, you can cover the outside of your kraft mailer with one ink color. Note that full coverage printing on kraft will appear darker than printing with the same color ink on a white box.

You can opt to print your graphics and text on the outside of the kraft box in two different ink colors.
Or you can select to cover the outside of your kraft box in one ink color, and then use a second ink color to overprint the mailer with your text or graphics.
Note that full coverage printing on kraft will appear darker than printing with the same color ink on white.

You can choose to print your graphics and text using two different ink colors on the outside of your oyster white box.
Alternatively, you can choose to cover the outside of the white box in one ink color and then overprint text or graphics in a second ink color.
The inside of the box is kraft.

Important Information to Know
If you're shipping fragile items, your package will require additional packing material. Corrugated partitions and inserts are available (sold separately).
Be sure your items will fit comfortably in the box. For example, a coffee mug will require a deep box. All measurements are inside capacities.
After you place your order, one of our WBonDemand™ experts will reach out to you to confirm your:
- Delivery cost (based on your distance from our Chicago-area manufacturing plant).
- Printing die cost and printing specifications (if applicable). Unprinted, plain kraft or plain white boxes do not require a printing die.
A one-color printing die is approximately $600.
A two-color printing die is approximately $900. (For additional printing customization, such as inside printing or 3 or more colors, request a quote.)
Reorders without graphic changes do not require a new printing die. - Taxes apply to Illinois deliveries unless we receive a completed CRT-61 Certificate of Resale.
Your logo or art files must be in .eps or vector file format. Printing on kraft boxes will appear darker than on white boxes.
For printed boxes, you will see a PDF Print Card to approve before the production process begins.
The inside of all WBonDemand™ mailer boxes is a kraft color.
