The Burly Box™
The Burly Box™ – Mailer Box 72248
11″ x 5-1/2″ x 3-1/2″ (LxWxH)
Made with extra-strong (C-flute) corrugated boards, The Burly Box is perfect for shipping heavier items.
These might include auto parts, tools, or electronic items. You can also ship
CDs, DVDs, or electrical components can be shipped in The Burly Box.
Please note that fragile items, such as glass bottles, will require packing material, such as crinkled paper or other cushioning. We can also design and produce custom corrugated inserts or partitions (sold separately).

The E-tailer™
The E-tailer™ – Mailer Box 74190
12″ x 10″ x 3″ (LxWxH)
The versatile E-tailer can be used to ship ecommerce orders to consumers, including a variety of items, from gifts and subscription items to nutraceuticals and cosmetics.
Clothes, accessories, and jewelry are also safely shipped in The E-tailer. Moreover, household items, picture frames, candles, small statues, and art pieces are often delivered in the 3-inch deep E-tailer.
Please note that fragile items, such as glass bottles, will require packing material, such as crinkled paper or other cushioning. We can also design and produce custom corrugated inserts or partitions (sold separately).

The MEGA Mailer™
The MEGA Mailer™ – Mailer Box 65468
14-7/16″ x 10-1/8″ x 5-1/16″ (LxWxH)
The MEGA Mailer is our largest and deepest mailer box. It can fit nearly all mailer box items, including coffee mugs, holiday decorations, hand tools, repair parts and more.
You may want to ship shirts, pants, dresses, and other clothing in the MEGA Mailer. Many household items, nutraceuticals, and nonperishable food-of-the-month club items may also ship in these boxes.
Please note that fragile items, such as glass bottles, will require packing material, such as crinkled paper or other cushioning. We can also design and produce custom corrugated inserts or partitions (sold separately).

The Mighty Mailer™
The Mighty Mailer™ – Box 74072
11″ x 8-1/2″ x 4″ (LxWxH)
The all-purpose Mighty Mailer can be used for fulfilling most ecommerce orders and more. It’s appropriate for books, a ream of copy paper, 8-1/2″ x 11″ magazines, and literature.
You may also ship many household items, such as kitchen gadgets or hand tools, in The Mighty Mailer. (Note: Most coffee mugs will not fit in this mailer box.)

The Slim Jim
The Slim Jim – Mailer Box 62767
14-1/16″ x 6-1/4″ x 4-5/8″ (LxWxH)
This svelte Slim Jim is narrower and deeper than many other mailer box options.
Clothing and accessories, such as belts, scarves, gloves, and rolled T-shirts, can fit comfortably in this 6-1/4″ wide box.
Some household accent pieces, beverages of the month, nonperishable foods, and many bottles can also fit comfortably in this box.

The Welcomer™
The Welcomer™ – Mailer Box 62349
13-1/16″ x 10-1/6″ x 3-13/16″ (LxWxH)
Versatile and sturdy, The Welcomer can comfortably ship 9″ x 12″ files or business folders.
Clothes, accessories, household items, automotive and repair parts, nonperishable foods-of-the-month subscriptions, and many other items that are 3-13/16″ or shorter also ship in The Welcomer.

Important Information to Know
If you’re shipping fragile items, your package will require additional packing material. Corrugated partitions and inserts are available (sold separately).
Be sure your items will fit comfortably in the box. For example, a coffee mug will require a deep box. All measurements are inside capacities.
After you request a quote, one of our corrugated experts will reach out to you to confirm your:
- Delivery cost: based on your distance from our Chicago-area manufacturing plant.
- Printing die cost and printing specifications (if applicable). Unprinted, plain kraft or plain white boxes do not require a printing die.
Reorders without graphic changes do not require a new printing die. - Taxes apply to Illinois deliveries unless we receive a completed CRT-61 Certificate of Resale.
Your logo or art files must be in .eps or vector file format. Printing on kraft boxes will appear darker than on white boxes.
For printed boxes, you will receive a PDF Print Card to approve before production begins.
The inside of all mailer boxes is a kraft color unless otherwise requested.

We manufacture nearly all types, sizes, and styles of boxes. You will be better served by a standard quote if you require:
- A different type of box than a Mailer Box.
- More customization, such as inside printing or printing with three or more ink colors.
- Different sizes of mailer boxes than the six shown above.
- Greater than 1,000 boxes at a time.
- A point-of-purchase (POP) display.
