Unprinted Kraft Mailer Boxes
Option A: Plain Kraft Mailer Box, Unprinted –
The Welcomer™
The inside and the outside of the box are brown kraft.
Unprinted White Mailer Boxes
Option B: Plain White Mailer Box, Unprinted –
The Welcomer™
The outside of the box is oyster white. The inside of the box is kraft.
Kraft Mailer Boxes Customized With 1 Ink Color
Option C: Kraft Box Printed With 1 Ink Color –
The Welcomer™
You can choose to print your text or graphics in one ink color on the kraft box.
Alternatively, you can print one color across the entire outside of your kraft mailer. Note that full-coverage printing on kraft will appear darker than printing with the same color ink on a white box.
First-time orders will also incur a one-time Printing Die Fee. Reorders do not require a new printing die.
White Mailer Boxes Customized With 1 Ink Color
Option D: White Box Printed With 1 Ink Color –

You can choose to print your text and graphics in one ink color on your oyster white box.
Or you may cover the outside of your white mailer box in one ink color. The inside of the box is kraft.
First-time orders will also incur a one-time Printing Die Fee. Reorders do not require a new printing die.
Kraft Mailer Boxes Customized With 2 Ink Colors
Option E: Kraft Box Printed With 2 Ink Colors –
The Welcomer™
You can opt to print your graphics and text on the outside of the kraft box in two different ink colors.
Or you can select to cover the outside of your kraft box in one ink color, and then use a second ink color to overprint the mailer with your text or graphics.
Note that full coverage printing on kraft will appear darker than printing with the same color ink on white.

White Mailer Boxes Customized With 2 Ink Colors
Option F: White Box Printed With 2 Ink Colors –
The Welcomer™
You can choose to print your graphics and text using two different ink colors on the outside of your oyster white box.
Alternatively, you can choose to cover the outside of the white box in one ink color and then overprint text or graphics in a second ink color.
The inside of the box is kraft.
First-time orders will also incur a one-time Printing Die Fee. Reorders do not require a new printing die.
Important Information to Know
If you’re shipping fragile items, your package will require additional packing material. Corrugated partitions and inserts are available (sold separately).
Be sure your items will fit comfortably in the box. For example, a coffee mug will require a deep box. All measurements are inside capacities.
After you request a quote, one of our corrugated experts will reach out to you to confirm your:
- Delivery cost: based on your distance from our Chicago-area manufacturing plant.
- Printing die cost and printing specifications (if applicable). Unprinted, plain kraft or plain white boxes do not require a printing die.
Reorders without graphic changes do not require a new printing die. - Taxes apply to Illinois deliveries unless we receive a completed CRT-61 Certificate of Resale.
Your logo or art files must be in .eps or vector file format. Printing on kraft boxes will appear darker than on white boxes.
For printed boxes, you will receive a PDF Print Card to approve before production begins.
The inside of all mailer boxes is a kraft color unless otherwise requested.
